		<description>Good luck to you and do try to keep it up.  When I fall off the wagon, I don&#039;t worry too much, I just get back in.  I don&#039;t use it as an excuse to go back to bad habits.  Thanks for commenting and inspiring others!</description>

		<description>It is true!  Since I have changed my eating habits and have incorporated exercise into my life, I feel and look so much better!  My main struggle is finding the time to fit in the exercise!  Some evenings I am at the gym at 9pm!  Just are not enough hours in a day... working on figuring out a way to make it a permanent part of my life, by fitting it into my schedule so it becomes BASIC... like eating lunch! LOL</description>
