!. Yes as I have MS I have doctor appointments every 6 months and I DO keep them
2. Yes Dr Bartels is a firm believer in having his patients floss
3.Yes I get my flu shot
4. Yes being fair skinned I am concerned and having been badly burnt when I was young I tend to watch for skin abnormalities
5 Not as much as I did but I try to exercise as much as possible
6 I eat salad ( my mother is an excellent salad maker and I eat it often) vegetables ones I like
7 Yes I have a bottle of water and try to have fill it up at least 8 times each day

1. Concerned – no. Aware of – yes
2. Yes – almost daily. Kids too.
3. No – had a bad reaction twice. Kids get one every year though.
4. Yes! Wear sunscreen (in lotion) daily). Then break out the good stuff for outings to the pool, zoo, etc..
5. Active. But exercise until I’m sweaty – only a couple times/week.

7. Yes – but not enough.
