		<description>Find a gym for women only if you are shy.  I work out at home but I had a trainer set up a program of weights for me.  I have also enjoyed Latin dance.  Finding something you enjoy is the key to any exercise!</description>

		<description>I don&#039;t exercise alot at school as I&#039;m pretty shy so I was just wondering what kind of exercise I can do at home. I&#039;m not overweight &amp; I don&#039;t look overweight. People have commented that I have nice legs and I really want to keep it that way :) So please help! I need some kind of exercise I can do to keep my legs in shape and my tummy flat ^^</description>
